How scheduling works in Postika
- Create a project for your brand and set its time zone.

- Pick a date and time in the project's local time, or publish now.
- Optionally leave it as a draft or pending approval until someone confirms it.
Postika blocks the post if it breaks a network's rules, such as more than 280 characters on X or a missing image on Pinterest, so you fix it at planning time rather than discovering a failed post later. You can also let your AI do steps 3 to 5 through the MCP server.

One post can go to several channels, but the best results usually come from adapting the text to each network: shorter on X and Threads, more context on LinkedIn, a strong first line on Instagram where captions are cut off. Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule the same post on several networks?
Yes. Select several channels when creating a post. Postika previews it for each network and checks that it fits every limit before scheduling.
Is there a free social media scheduler?

What time zone are scheduled posts in?
Each project has its own time zone, and every date and time you see or set is in that project's local time.
Can I schedule Instagram Stories?
No. Postika schedules Instagram feed posts, carousels and videos, but not Stories.
