Why the approval step matters

AI is fast and sometimes wrong: a price you never mentioned, a date off by one day. Postika's server tells your AI to leave posts pending approval, so nothing goes out until you have looked at it. When something changes at the last minute (a sick day, a sold-out product), ask the AI to publish a text update on Facebook now, and to delete the Instagram post that no longer applies. It asks before deleting.

If weekly planning feels like too much, do it once a month. At the start of the month, tell your AI everything you already know: holidays, promotions, events, new products, the days you are closed. Ask for two Instagram posts and two Facebook posts per week, pending approval, spread over the month at lunchtime. Then each week you only add the photos and approve. Midway through the month, ask "what's still pending on Instagram?" to see which posts need a photo. Anything that changes can be edited or deleted from the calendar.
