Who it's for

Stay visible between sessions without writing every day

Coaches have plenty to say and little time to post. Your AI turns your notes, webinars and client questions into a week of posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube; you approve each one.

Step by step

  1. 1

Connect LinkedIn, Instagram and any other channel you use (YouTube, Facebook, Threads).

  2. 2

Keep a running note of client questions (anonymized) and ideas during the week.

  3. 3

On Friday, give the note to Claude or ChatGPT and ask for next week's posts, pending approval.

  4. 4

Approve the text posts; add photos or videos where needed.

From the note of the week, ask: "Here are five client questions from this week (anonymized) and two ideas. Create the posts in this table for next week, pending approval. Use the tone of my past posts." Text posts on LinkedIn, Threads and Facebook can go out without media; Instagram and YouTube posts wait for your graphics or clips. Related: Claude for LinkedIn.

Promoting a webinar or program launch

A launch sequence for a free webinar on Thursday 4 December at 19:00:

  1. 14 days before: announcement on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook with the sign-up link.
  2. 7 days before: "what you'll learn" carousel on Instagram, list post on LinkedIn.
  3. 2 days before: a client story (with permission) leading to the webinar.
  4. Day of, 09:00: reminder on all channels.
  5. Day of, 18:30: "starting in 30 minutes" on Facebook and Threads.
  6. Day after: replay link and next step.

One prompt creates the whole sequence on the calendar. Add UTM parameters to the sign-up link with the UTM builder to see which network brought registrations. Postika does not manage sign-ups or emails; it publishes the posts.

Keeping your voice

Coaching depends on trust, and generic AI posts hurt it. Give Claude or ChatGPT your past posts and a short description of how you talk, put them in a project, and always add something only you know: a client situation, a number, a phrase you use in sessions. Approval mode lets you change the line that does not sound like you before it goes out. Our AI social media guide covers prompts that keep a personal voice.

Plan and price

A coach on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads uses 5 channels: Standard at €29/month, or €278 a year. Coaches running a second brand or a team account can add a second project and move to Team at €39/month for 10 channels (pricing). Every plan includes unlimited posts and the AI connection. Postika does not include analytics or a comments inbox.

Frequently asked questions

What should coaches post on social media?

Answers to real client questions, frameworks broken into steps, short stories with a lesson, and clear invitations to a call or event. Your AI can turn your weekly notes into these formats.

Which networks are best for coaches?

LinkedIn for business, career and executive coaches; Instagram and YouTube for health, fitness and life coaches; Facebook for local and community-based coaching. Postika supports all of them.

Can I schedule a whole webinar campaign at once?

Yes. Give your AI the date, time and link, and it can create the announcement, reminders and replay posts on every channel in one session, pending your approval.

Will AI posts sound like me?

They will if you give the AI your past posts and real material from your week, and edit before approving. Postika keeps AI posts pending approval by default for exactly this reason.
