Who it's for

Run every client's calendar from one place

Postika gives each client their own project, channels, calendar and time zone, and you pay for connected channels, not for users or clients. Your AI drafts the posts; nothing goes out until it is approved.

Step by step

  1. 1

Create one project per client and set its time zone.

  2. 2

Connect each client's accounts (for example Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) inside their project.

  3. 3

Connect your AI once (Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client); it can see every project of your account.

  4. 4

Ask the AI for the week's posts client by client, in approval mode.

  5. 5

Review the pending posts in each client's calendar, add the media and approve.

Why channel-based pricing suits agencies

Many social media tools charge per user, so every new account manager raises the bill. Postika charges by connected channels, and every plan includes unlimited projects and unlimited posts:

PlanChannelsMonthlyYearly
Standard5€29€278
Team10€39€374
Pro30€49€470
Ultimate100€99€950

A small agency with 6 clients on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok (24 channels) fits in Pro at €49/month. An agency with 20 clients on 4 networks each (80 channels) fits in Ultimate at €99/month. An AI workflow that keeps clients safe

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Postika once. When you ask for posts, the AI calls list_projects and works in the client you name, using that client's channels, limits and time zone. A typical Monday prompt:

"For the Dental Clinic project, write next week's posts: two Instagram captions (Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00), one Facebook post Wednesday at 18:00 and one LinkedIn post Friday at 09:00. Leave all of them pending approval."

The AI creates four pending posts. You open the client's calendar, attach the photos for Instagram and approve. Repeat for the next client. Since Postika's server tells the AI to prefer approval, a misunderstood prompt never ends up live on a client's account. Read our guide to the agency approval workflow and the Claude setup.

Example week for a 5-client agency

ClientNetworksPosts per weekWho adds media
Dental clinicInstagram, Facebook, LinkedIn4Designer, Tuesday
GymInstagram, TikTok, Facebook6Client sends clips Monday
Law firmLinkedIn, Facebook3No media needed
BakeryInstagram, Facebook, Threads5Client sends photos daily
SaaS startupLinkedIn, X, Threads5No media needed

That is 15 channels, so Pro at €49/month. The law firm and the SaaS client are text-first networks, where the AI can schedule end to end once you trust it. The gym and bakery need media, so their posts wait as pending until the photos or videos are attached.

Automations per client

Each project has its own API keys. That means a client's blog feed can run through an n8n workflow or a Make scenario that only reaches that client's calendar. A common setup: new article on the client's blog → posts for LinkedIn and Facebook pending approval → you approve in the morning.

What Postika does not do, so you can plan around it: it has no client approval links, no reporting or analytics, no social inbox and no white-label. Clients review content the way they do today (a call, a shared document, screenshots of the previews), and you keep the final approval in Postika. If you need a reporting suite, pair Postika with your analytics tool, and use the UTM builder for links.

Frequently asked questions

How many clients can I manage in Postika?

As many as you want. Every plan includes unlimited projects, and you only pay for the number of connected channels across all of them.

Does Postika charge per user?

No. Postika is priced by connected channels, not by seats. The plans go from €29/month for 5 channels to €99/month for 100.

Can clients approve posts themselves?

Postika does not have client approval links. Posts created by your AI wait as pending approval in your account, and you approve them after the client gives their OK in your usual channel.

Can one AI connection work across all my clients?

Yes. An OAuth connection from Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client reaches every project of your account. Name the client in your prompt so the AI works in the right project.
