Who it's for

Film in batches, post every day

Postika turns a filming day into a full calendar: your AI writes the captions and picks the slots, each post waits for its video, and Postika publishes on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and six more networks.

Step by step

  1. 1

Connect your accounts: for example TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and X (5 channels on Standard).

  2. 2

Plan the week with your AI: give it the list of videos you will film and your posting rhythm.

  3. 3

The AI creates one pending post per video with caption and time.

  4. 4

After filming and editing, attach each clip to its post in Postika and approve.

A week for a creator posting every day

Here is a realistic plan for a fitness creator who films on Sunday and posts all week:

DayTikTok (18:00)Instagram (19:00)YouTubeThreads (21:00)
MonWorkout clip 1Reel: same clipQuestion of the day
TueClip 2Carousel: 8 tipsShort 1Behind the scenes
WedClip 3Reel 2Reply-style post
ThuPhoto carouselShort 2Poll-style question
FriClip 4Reel 3Weekend plan
SatClip 5Long videoLink to the video
SunFilming day

Your AI can create all of this from one prompt that lists the clips. Threads posts are text-only and can be scheduled end to end; the video and carousel posts wait for you to attach the files. See Reels, TikTok photo carousels and Shorts.

Same clip, different caption per network

Posting the same clip on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts is normal, but each network reads captions differently. Postika keeps each network's rules: 2,200 characters on TikTok and Instagram, 5,000 on YouTube, 500 on Threads, 280 on X. Ask your AI for one caption per network rather than one for all; it reads the limits from Postika and writes accordingly. If a text is too long for a network, Postika rejects it instead of cutting it.

Example prompt for ChatGPT and TikTok: "For each of these five clips, write a TikTok caption (under 150 characters, two hashtags) and an Instagram Reel caption (two lines and a question). Create them pending approval, TikTok at 18:00 and Instagram at 19:00, Monday to Friday."

Several accounts or a team

Postika projects let you separate accounts: your main brand in one, a second niche channel in another, each with its own calendar and time zone. That helps creators who travel, too: the posting times stay in the project's time zone, wherever you are.

When you grow beyond 5 channels (for example adding Pinterest, Facebook and a second TikTok), Team costs €39/month for 10 channels. Every plan has unlimited posts (pricing).

Honest limits

Postika does not post Instagram Stories, add TikTok sounds, edit video or show analytics. Use your editor for sounds and cuts, and your network's own analytics to pick the best times. Postika's job is to hold the calendar and publish what you approve, on time. If you want a free trial before deciding, every plan starts with 7 days free. Frequently asked questions

Can I schedule the same video to TikTok, Reels and Shorts?

Yes. Create a post on each channel with the same video and its own caption. Your AI can write the three captions and create the three posts; you attach the video to each.

Does Postika post Instagram Stories?

No. Postika publishes Instagram feed posts, carousels of up to 10 images and Reels.

Which plan does a solo creator need?

Most solo creators fit in Standard at €29/month for 5 channels, for example TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads and X. Team (€39) adds up to 10 channels.

Can the AI upload my videos?

No. Videos cannot be sent over MCP. The AI creates the post with caption and time, and you attach the video in Postika before approving.
