For freelance social media managers with a handful of clients
Postika keeps each client separate, lets your AI draft their week in minutes and charges by connected channels. Adding a client does not mean a new subscription.
Step by step
- 1
Create a project per client with the client's time zone.
- 2
Connect each client's accounts in their project.
- 3
Every Monday, ask your AI for each client's week, one project at a time, pending approval.
- 4
Send the drafts to the client for feedback in your usual way, then add media and approve in Postika.
What a freelancer's Monday looks like
Take a freelancer with four clients: a physiotherapist, a hair salon, a local accountant and a yoga teacher. Each uses two or three networks, 10 channels in total, so Team at €39/month.
- 09:00 "For the Physio project, write 3 Instagram posts and 2 Facebook posts for this week based on these notes. Pending approval."
- 09:10 Same for the salon (Instagram and TikTok), the accountant (LinkedIn and Facebook), the yoga teacher (Instagram, Threads, YouTube).
- 09:30 Review the pending posts in each client's calendar. Send the client a quick summary or screenshots for anything sensitive.
- During the week attach the photos the clients send and approve.
The text for every client is written in about half an hour; your time goes into the parts clients pay you for: ideas, photos and judgment. See ChatGPT setup or Claude setup.
Pricing that grows with channels, not clients
| Clients | Typical channels | Plan | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-2 | up to 5 | Standard | €29 |
| 3-4 | up to 10 | Team | €39 |
| 5-10 | up to 30 | Pro | €49 |
| 10+ | up to 100 | Ultimate | €99 |
Pay yearly and it is 20% less (€278, €374, €470 or €950 a year). Many freelancers pass the tool cost on to clients as part of their retainer; with one subscription for all of them, that is a few euros per client. Full details on pricing.
Keeping clients separate
Each project has its own channels, calendar and time zone, so a post for the salon cannot land on the accountant's LinkedIn by mistake. Your AI reads the project list and works in the one you name. If you automate a client's blog or shop with n8n or Zapier, use that client's own project API key so the automation only reaches their calendar.
What Postika does not include: client approval links, reports, a comments inbox and white-label. Share drafts with clients the way you already do and keep reporting in your analytics tool. If your freelance work is growing into an agency, read Postika for agencies and the approval workflow guide.
Promoting your own freelance work
Add your own LinkedIn and Instagram as a separate project and treat yourself as a client. A simple plan: one LinkedIn post a week about a result you got for a client (with their OK), one Instagram post showing your process, one tip on Threads. Your AI can write them from your notes in the same Monday session.
Onboarding a new client in one afternoon
- Create a project for the client and set their time zone.
- Connect their Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn in that project.
- Paste their brand notes, past posts and offer into a Claude or ChatGPT project so the AI learns their voice.
- Ask for two weeks of posts, pending approval, and review them with the client on a call.
- Approve what they agree to and keep the rest as drafts.
If the new client pushes you over your plan's channel limit, move up one plan; nothing else changes.
