Facebook Page posts written and scheduled by Claude
Facebook accepts text-only posts, so this is one network where Claude can go from idea to scheduled post with no extra step. Add photos in the app only when you want them.

- 2
Ask Claude to check the Facebook calendar in Postika for conflicts.
- 3
Let Claude create the posts, in approval mode or directly scheduled if you trust the routine.
- 4
Optionally add photos in Postika before approving.
Example prompts
- Write a Facebook post for our community garden announcing Saturday's volunteer day: time, what to bring, where to park. Schedule it for Wednesday at 18:00.
- Turn this 2,000-word newsletter into a Facebook post of about 250 words with a link to the full version. Pending approval Thursday 12:00.
- Every Monday at 08:00 for the next 4 weeks, schedule a short 'this week at the library' post using the events list below.
- Write a post asking our followers which new flavor we should add, with four options as a numbered list. Pending approval tomorrow 17:00.
- Read my Facebook posts for the next two weeks and flag any with outdated dates or prices.
Why Facebook is the easiest network for Claude
Most of the friction with AI scheduling comes from media: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube need a file that MCP cannot carry. Facebook does not. Postika allows text-only Facebook posts of up to 5,000 characters, with up to 10 images when you do add photos.
That means Claude can create a Facebook post in schedule mode and it goes out on time without you opening the app. By default Postika still asks Claude to use approval, so start that way and switch a recurring post type (opening hours, weekly events) to "schedule it directly" once you are happy with the output. More on formats in Facebook scheduling.
Long posts, local news and events
Facebook audiences still read longer posts, especially for local businesses, clubs, schools and nonprofits. Claude is good at condensing a long newsletter, meeting notes or a list of events into a readable post with short paragraphs and a clear call to action.
A useful pattern is the weekly round-up: paste the week's events and let Claude write one post per day, scheduled for the morning. For a restaurant or shop, the same approach covers opening hours, holiday closures and daily specials; see Postika for restaurants and small businesses. If you prefer ChatGPT for quick one-off posts, see ChatGPT and Facebook.
Limits to keep in mind
Postika publishes to Facebook Pages. It does not publish to personal profiles or groups, and it does not create Facebook events, reply to comments or show reach. If you post a link, Facebook builds the preview; tag it with UTM parameters using the UTM builder if you want to track clicks in your own analytics.
